Collaborative Identification: Through partnerships with hospitals, patient support centers, community health workers, and former patients, we identify prospective patients in need of our services, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks.
Orphan Care Partnerships:
When we lose a patient, we make referrals to organizations like Christ’s Hope International and Untold, who provide care for the children who are left behind.
In-Kind Donations:
Local organizations, such as the National Cereal and Produce Board, KMET, Kibuye Matt and others, contribute in-kind donations of food and supplies, bolstering our efforts and enabling us to extend our reach further into the communities we serve.
Connecting Healthcare Services with Local Communities
Outreach Programs:
For many years LOMAMO has proven to be an essential part of the Kenya healthcare system. LOMAMO works with local Patient Support Centers, Hospitals, Community Health Workers and others to obtain referrals to patients we might otherwise miss. Everyone wins when we can bring vital services closer to those who need them most.
Educational Campaigns:
We partner with organizations that provide educational programs aimed at promoting health literacy and disease prevention, empowering individuals and communities to take charge of their health and well-being.

We desire to make more partnerships that will utilize our replicable model for preventing orphans by saving lives. In our first 5 years, our small team prevented over 2,000 children from becoming orphans by saving their moms and dads.
