Professionally certified in Home and Community Based Care (HCBC), Oscar provides essential, empathetic support to patients and families. This work is his calling, rooted in a powerful personal journey. Orphaned as a young child and raised by the compassion of a well-wisher, Oscar intimately understands the impact of care. He is now driven by a profound mission to be that same source of hope for others.
